As a BehrPro customer, you can benefit from three service programs created especially for you: Direct to ProSM, Factory Tinting, and Volume Pricing.
DIRECT TO PRO
As a DIRECT TO PROSM customer you receive the advantages of the services provided, and as a result managing your business becomes easier and more efficient allowing you to save time and money. Services you get as a DIRECT TO PRO customer include free direct delivery of your order to your job site, guaranteed order fulfillment in no more than 72 hours, factory tinting for accurate and consistent color matching, regular pricing discounts based on annual volumes, and dedicated sales/service professionals ready to provide expert advice and assistance.
FACTORY TINTING
Through Behr’s convenient Factory Tinting service, you can rest easy knowing that your purchase orders will be tinted precisely and that your orders will be turned around quickly, ensuring on-schedule delivery. Simply provide your Pro Desk professional with the color name or number and our Factory Tinting facility will tint your order precisely to that color. Delivery of your order can be scheduled to either your job site or to The Home Depot location nearest you. We also offer Will Call service that allows you to pick your orders from the Fulfillment facility if you choose to do so.
VOLUME PRICING
Behr has teamed up with The Home Depot to offer our professional clients a unique Volume Pricing program. This program rewards our professional customers by offering a discount of up to 20% on BEHR® products purchased at The Home Depot locations nationwide. Three tiers of savings mean that the larger your purchase volume, the higher the discount you will receive.
